POPLA Appeals

If you have appealed to City Permits within 28 days of issue of your PCN or Notice to Keeper and your appeal is rejected, you can request for the decision to be reviewed by the Independent Appeals Service, POPLA.

Details of how to do so will be provided if your appeal to City Permits is rejected. If your appeal through POPLA is not upheld and you fail to pay the PCN, the driver will remain liable for the PCN and City Permits has the right to take recovery action against the driver or to pass the matter to debt recovery agents, and further charges may be added.
