Cancellation of tickets is authorised by City Permits Appeal Administration Dept. Tickets are cancelled based on valid evidence being provided to City Permits relating to the reason for cancellation.
All appeals must be made in writing and sent to City Permits, PO Box 191, Leeds, LS12 9AS. Or by email to enquiries@citypermits.co.uk. All appeals must be sent within 28 days of the date stated on the PCN. No appeals will be considered after 28 days.
Additional permits are charged at £6.00 per permit
