What is the cancellation policy of tickets?

Cancellation of tickets is authorised by City Permits Appeal Administration Dept. Tickets are cancelled based on valid evidence being provided to City Permits relating to the reason for cancellation.

How do I appeal against a Parking Charge Notice (PCN)?

All appeals must be made in writing and sent to City Permits, PO Box 191, Leeds, LS12 9AS. Or by email to enquiries@citypermits.co.uk. All appeals must be sent within 28 days of the date stated on the PCN. No appeals will be considered after 28 days.

How much are additional Permits if required?

Additional permits are charged at £6.00 per permit

What do I do if another vehicle is parked in my parking bay ?

Contact your local concierge to make them aware of the situation so they can in turn inform the City Permits warden immediately. In addition, email City Permits at enquiries@citypermits.co.uk or via the online enquiries form.
